Required Qualifications: For Upper Division Clerk (UDC) Post, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline. For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Post, candidates should have Matriculation or 12th Class Pass Qualification. For some Clerical Jobs a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in English and Hindi is a requirement. Some Government Clerk Jobs require candidates to have computer knowledge in English and Hindi.
